At Penguin Publishing Expert, we value transparency and fairness in all our consultancy services. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction at every stage. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions and process for requesting a refund.
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- You have purchased a discounted or promotional service package.
- You have approved the initial draft or project stage.
- You have requested any revisions or changes to your project after delivery of the first draft.
- You cancel the order for reasons not directly related to Penguin Publishing Expert or its policies.
- There has been no communication from you for more than 14 days after your project begins.
- You have violated the terms and conditions or privacy policy of Penguin Publishing Expert.
- You have engaged another consultancy or provider for the same project assigned to us.
- Your initial project brief or information was incomplete or insufficient for the required work.
- You request significant changes after approving any draft.
- The allowed time frame for submitting a refund request has expired.
- Your reason for refund is based on change of mind, personal dispute, or other unrelated issues.
- You have accepted the final deliverables.
- You have received and approved multiple revisions.
- If you have ordered a bundled service and are dissatisfied with a specific part, a refund may only be considered for that individual service, not for the entire bundle.
- You failed to provide the necessary project brief or materials within 10 days of placing your order.
How to Request a Refund
To ensure your refund request is considered, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Promptly:
Notify us of your concern and reason for requesting a refund within the allowed timeframe. You may reach us by email at info@penguinpublishingexpert.com or through our website’s contact form.
Provide Details:
Clearly explain your concerns and include your order details, service description, and reasons for requesting a refund.
Resolution First:
Our support team will review your request and attempt to resolve your concern according to our revision policy. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, we will inform you of your eligibility for a refund.
Transfer of Rights:
Upon approval and issuance of a refund, all rights to any drafts, content, or materials delivered by Penguin Publishing Expert revert to us. You may not use, publish, or share any part of the work provided, and ownership remains with Penguin Publishing Expert.
Refund Timelines and Amounts
- Full Refund: If you request a refund before the initial draft or consultancy deliverable is provided, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
- Partial Refund: If your refund request is made within 48 to 120 hours (2–5 days) after delivery of the initial draft or consultancy document, you may be eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
- After 120 Hours: No refund requests will be entertained beyond 120 hours (5 days) after the initial draft or deliverable has been sent. However, if you have any concerns, we encourage you to contact our support team. We strive for 100% client satisfaction and will do our best to address your situation.
All refund requests are reviewed individually and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Penguin Publishing Expert, based on compliance with our terms and policies.
